But, before enveloping all your senses with our exquisite gastronomic experience, we will discover the famous international architect and artist Cesar Manrique, who designed most of the most emblematics places in Lanzarote such as “Jameos del agua” and“The Cactus garden”. Additionally, we will be able to visit César Manrique’s casa-Museo del Campesino: A Tribute to Lanzarote’s Tradition and Culture. Located in the geographical center of Lanzarote, in the municipality of San Bartolomé, the Casa-Museo del Campesino is César Manrique’s tribute to the farmers of the island, who faced the most challenging conditions to bring life to the land. The Casa-Museo del Campesino offers a journey through traditional architecture, agriculture, crafts, and gastronomy, and is completed by the Monumento a la Fecundidad (Monument to Fertility), an avant-garde work where Manrique paid his personal homage.

The eruption of the La Corona volcano created the lava tubes, which then collapsed, forming jameos or opening in their roofs. Within this natural space, Manrique designed a auditorium, an aquatic habitat and a restaurant with a hardened black lava floor. Dine in one of the most paradisiac spots on the island "Villa Toledo at Teguise Region", where our guests will be delighted with a typical mediterranean cuisine starting with a fresh salad and a delicious Seafood Paella paired with local wine and a sweet or accid savour dessert will surely be as memorable as the volcanic setting.
