Your tour will start with a scenic drive from the ship to Zaanse Schans Windmills. Then we will visit Dam Square, the historical heart of the city where the Royal Palace is located. After this unique experience we’ll head to the Canal Belt that was built in the 17th century around the old city center. Many beautiful Canal Houses are located on the Herengracht, Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht with typical architecture for these gabled houses. A perfect location for a gorgeous Selfie! After we will head towards the Rijksmuseum. Be amazed by this museum and capture photos with its beautiful surroundings and outstanding architectural structure, a huge part of Dutch heritage.


To make this experience even more fun, you will be provided with a selfie stick. You will end your picture-perfect day with an included beer tasting at the Heineken Experience, an interactive journey through the world and history of Heineken. Where you’ll also have the opportunity to learn how to draught the perfect Heineken(R).

Need to Know:

Note: Tour is sensitive to weather conditions (rain, wind, and sun). Not recommended for guests using wheelchairs and others with limited mobility. Entrance fee to the Royal Palace and Rijksmuseum are not included. The order of sites visited may vary. Wear comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing. Bring your own fully charged cellphone or camera. A limited amount of selfie sticks will be available to share. Guests who go ashore do so with the understanding that they will be mixing with members of the general public. Guests who miss the return transportation will be responsible for getting back to the ship. Face masks are not provided but are required according to local regulations.
