After leaving the pier, enjoy a brief but informative drive through charming Palma de Mallorca, whose skyline is dominated by the 14th-century Bellver Castle, stopping at Palma's marvelous Cathedral. Then we will head to the MERCADO EL OLIVAR, where you will see a cornucopia of fresh fruits and vegetables from the orchard, artisan Mallorcan cheeses and succulent seafood. As the city's main market, it is always full of people shopping. As you wander around at your leisure, you will get an insight into Palma's gastronomy. Most of the stalls have been in the market for decades, and you are likely to see every kind of local delicacy imaginable, from the most traditional to the most exotic. Many of the vendors have their own boats, guaranteeing the freshest seafood. Local farmers supply the produce, and artisans make most of the sausages and cheeses. The Olive Grove Market is an extraordinary destination to observe daily life as locals engage in lively conversation and friendly bargaining with vendors. After this revealing introduction to the market, you will head to the Kamaleonico restaurant to sample a selection of dishes representative of Mallorcan cuisine. The menu usually includes Iberian pork, a potato omelette, black bread toast, a variety of cheeses, salmon or entrecote and cheesecake. A selection of wines and liquors will also be served.

This leisure tour highlights the spectacular scenery of Majorca and offers the opportunity to taste local specialties. Your final destination and highlight is the magnificent estate of Els Calderers, surrounded by beautiful fountains and lush formal gardens where seasonal flowers abound. This superb 18th century Majorcan manor was built by a noble family on the site of a 12th century farm belonging to the Calderer Family. You'll have time to explore on your own the grounds and interior of the house, now a museum illustrating the home-life of two centuries ago. Also, explore the exterior of the museum, where you will see farm animals of native breeds, such as the Mallorcan black pig. This pig is used to make the delicious sobrasada (a cured raw sausage), which you will taste together with a sampling of local wine. Afterward, you'll return to your ship with a stop to the local pearl factory to learn about Mallorca pearls, where you will also have time to browse and perhaps make a purchase.

Discover the magical gardens that surround the manor, including the pergola with its water fountains and adorned with twenty-four stone hydras. The numerous water jets cross one another, making a very special experience. After, arrive to the area influenced of English gardens, very fresh and shady. In the lower garden, you'll see the small pond with water lilies. All these styles are very well integrated and make a whole harmony when you pass from one to the following. Next, enjoy a nice brunch in "El Vasco Restaurant”, where the Basque culinary tradition merges with the Mediterranean charm of the island and tradition blends with the warmth of Mallorca. Get a feel of a unique gastronomic experience that will make you feel at home. You will enjoy a delicious variety of croquettes, very typical of Spanish gastronomy, a variety of sausages accompanied by a good wine and liquors. Departure from the port to Blanca terra cellar to visit the cellar with an expert and nice tasting wine. Taste some bread and olive oil from Mallorca. Next, departure to the pearls factory and receive and explanation on how to make the pearls in Mallorca. You will be able to do shopping before leaving to Palma de Mallorca to the Kamaleónico restaurant. Here, you will be served an aperitif with all kind of liqueurs, wine, refreshments, beers and delicious food from Mallorca. The Kamaleónico restaurant is located in one of the most emblematic streets of Palma, La Rambla, a place where you will find an urban jungle.
