Surveillance Manager 2013
Full responsibility of the entire Surveillance Operation of the vessel POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Protect the company's assets and to assist the onboard and shore side management in ensuring the safety and security of the passengers, crew and ship. • Have a well-developed understanding of the operation and management of CCTV to ensure of all Surveillance equipment is in good working order and all malfunctions are reported within 24 hours of notification of failure. • Immediately report to the bridge any real time security and safety observations that may place the ship, passengers or crew in jeopardy. • Conduct retroactive reviews of incidents of accidents relating to the ship/crew/passengers. • Undertake reviews and complete reports of injury cases reported by the Security Officer. • Complete audits and risk assessments of outlet stock movements and sales. • Ensure that all observations that record a reportable matter are maintained on a specific incident, occurrence, or safety related tape. Must have strong leadership skills and lead by example to provide quality surveillance operations for a large passenger vessel that can include up to 7000 guest and crew .
• Must have in -depth knowledge of all of the games offered by the Casino
• Must have experience with CCTV system
•High School Diploma/GED required
•Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Science preferable
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Manager or above in the Surveillance field in connection with a hotel or casino environment or similar related environment.
