When can I begin enjoying my NCLH Loyalty Status Honouring Programme benefits?
The NCLH Loyalty Status Honouring programme launched on 29 September 2025, when guests could begin submitting email requests to have their loyalty status honoured. The first eligible cruises to receive honoured benefits sailed on 15 October 2025.
- For guests who submit a Status Honouring request on or after 16 March 2026: Your loyalty status will be honoured according to the 2026 Tier Recognition Structure.
- For guests who submitted a Status Honouring request before 16 March 2026, but are sailing after 16 March 2026: Your loyalty status will be honoured according to the 2025 Tier Recognition Structure.
