Discuss the roots of organic and environmentally friendly farming at Good Moon Farm and then visit an artists’ studio where the farmer’s sculptures are on display. While leading you through the beds of produce, farmer-artist Aragorn will elaborate on his passion for agriculture and planting crops according to the lunar calendar or “good moon,” as it is known locally. You will taste the difference that these traditional methods make by sampling fruits such as soursop and cassava bread.

After the farm tour, enjoy a ride on the East Side of Tortola to Aragons studio overlooking Trellis Bay, where his innovative metal sculptures are on display along with the works of other Tortola artists. You will also learn about the flourishing art scene on the island with an emphasis on handicrafts made with natural materials. To complement the experience, you will head for the beautiful stretch of sand that rims Long Bay. Feel free to simply relax, admire the spectacular setting and enjoy a refreshing swim.
