Christine Da Silva is the Senior Vice President of Branding and Communications at Norwegian Cruise Line, responsible for the development and execution of the Company’s global branding strategy as well as its external and internal communications and events.

Instrumental in the development and launch of engagement initiatives including the game-changing Norwegian’s Giving Joy and Encore Moments campaigns as well as the pioneering EMBARK with NCL editorial content platform, Da Silva delivers the stories behind NCL’s people, products and passion.

With over 25 years of experience guiding brands and businesses in delivering authentic and impactful messages through integrated communication and marketing strategies that drive growth, sales and awareness, she has served in leadership roles with hospitality companies including Wyndham Hotel Group, where she was Vice President of Marketing Communications, and Dream Hotel Group, where she was Vice President of Communication.

Most recently, Da Silva served as the Vice President of Communication and Events for Norwegian Cruise Line. Prior to joining Norwegian, she founded Poplar Plum, a strategic communication practice focused on helping businesses including Brinker International and THG, as well as brand visionaries – from those in the C-Suite to first-time entrepreneurs –connect and engage with stakeholders.

She attended Rutgers University where she earned both a B.A. in Journalism, Mass Media and Communication and a M.A. in Communication and Information Studies.

She is based in the Company’s head office in Miami, Florida.
