Nick Wilkinson

Regional Vice President, Business Development Middle East, Israel & Africa

Nick Wilkinson’s career at Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) started in 2002 and he now holds the position of Regional Vice President of Business Development Middle East, Israel and Africa. 

Nick brings a wealth of experience in the travel and hospitality sector to NCL, having worked as a hotelier in the independent hotel sector and overseas for Thomson Holidays. His entrée into the cruise business saw him take up sales roles at Royal Olympic Cruises and Festival Cruises.

Since joining NCL in 2002 as National Sales Manager UK and Ireland, he has, as he puts it, progressed through the ranks and markets, holding positions as Head of Sales UK and Ireland, followed by Director of Business Development Northern Europe & MEA, and Senior Director / General Manager Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa (NE/MEA) just to name a few.

As a senior member of NCL's team, Nick played a key role in the launch of Partners First, an all-encompassing initiative reinforcing the line's commitment to its travel partners and the investment in their long-term success as well as the expansion of NCL's footprint in Israel, Middle East and Africa, where the line experienced strong growth pre-pandemic. His latest commitment is working with partners to support the launch of the line's new class of - the Prima Class - which will see the delivery of six game-changing vessels between 2022 and 2027.
