Enjoy a relaxing and informative tour of the beautiful reefs around the Grand Bahama aboard the Ocean Wonder, a custom-built 60-foot double-deck glass-bottom boat that offers both sun and shade. The friendly crew will show you multi-colored sea-life and coral formations. Help 'feed the fish' and also view Cooper’s Medieval castle, an island landmark. Afterwards, weather permitting, you’ll travel further offshore to view Brit’s wreck submerged in the waters near Treasure Reef. Before you return to the dock, enjoy a pleasant cruise along the beachfront during which, sites of interest will being pointed out. Soda, bottled water and assorted chips are available for purchase aboard the boat. Tour duration includes one hour round-trip transfer time. Come see dolphins, manatees, and the diversity of life paired with beautiful scenery. Begin with an easy paddle en route to the kayak launch site. Your tour guide will explain the significance of this endangered backwater estuary. Paddle the mangrove as osprey soar overhead, and cross expansive grass flats. Perhaps see the lagoon's top predator- the dolphin- working the flats. Mangroves and sea grass beds create an environment very conducive to the marine life, which supports the osprey, dolphins and other animals. More than 4,000 animal and plant species such as manatees, stingrays, sea turtles, seahorses, 700 species of fish and 310 species of birds, call the Indian River Lagoon "home". Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended. Maximum guest’s combined weight per kayak is 500 lbs. Participants must be able to get in and out of the kayak on their own. A bottle of water will be given to guests. This tour returns to the pier and will not be available for guests disembarking or with a back to back sailing. less

Explore the wildlife on this easy guided and narrated tour. Cruise on your pontoon boat to see herds of manatees, flocks of birds, and playful dolphin on their journey through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands. The Thousand Islands are a flood tide delta deposit, formed in the past by a breach in the barrier island by a strong storm surge. This natural occurrence created a maze of narrow trails and canals through the natural mangrove islands and hidden hammocks. The spectacular canals through the Thousand Islands provide shelter to manatee, dolphin and a variety of coastal birds. You’ll observe reddish egret, wood stork, brown and white pelican, bald eagle, nesting osprey, great blue herons, and many more. The Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands are a part of the Indian River Lagoon estuary also located on the Banana River. Enjoy a soft drink before heading back to your ship. Note: This tour requires no walking. The pontoon boat has a surround-sound and speaker system. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Experience the natural beauty of Nassau riding your own Segway transporter. After a short ride to the staging area, you’ll meet your tour guide and be assigned your personal Segway. During the short orientation, you’ll be surprised how quick you’ll learn to master this fun, battery-powered machine. Experience the wonders of Nassau as you and your Segway glide on the walkways lining the beaches and the blue waters of the harbor. Circle the "Fish Fry", a colorful collection of local restaurants and bars. Next, head off to Junakanoo Beach for a shady break and a chance to purchase refreshments or you can also enjoy a swim in the Caribbean waters. Finally, glide along the white sand beaches to the staging area for the return shuttle to your ship. Note: Participants must be at least 10 years of age, accompanied by a guardian and weigh no more than 275 lbs. Guests should wear comfortable shoes and be able to stand for duration of the tour. For beginners, the maximum age to participate is 60. Guests have the option to stay at Junkanoo Beach at the end of the tour and take a short 10 minute walk back to the ship. Explore New Providence Island on a 4 x 4 vehicle. You’ll be given an orientation of your shared 4WD vehicle. There are four guests to each vehicle, perfect for you and your friends. Take turns driving and navigating through traffic or one person can do all the driving. Listen to your lead guide’s narration though your onboard walkie-talkie while you drive into the island’s interior. Pass through the typical countryside; here you’ll see the island in your own unique style. See one of the old Colonial forts and other historical and architectural buildings. Your guide will also point out homes of the famous and infamous that lived on the island. Then, visit a local beach to relax or swim before caravanning through the countryside back to the staging area. You’ll then walk back at your leisure through town back to the pier. Note: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and provide a valid driver’s license. This is a self-driven tour with a guide. Children under 8 years of age must use a child seat which must be pre-reserved in advance; visit our Shore Excursion Desk onboard for more details. Bring a towel and sunscreen. See the best of the vibrant Grand Bahama Island on this adventurous jeep tour. A short bus ride from the pier will take you to your waiting jeep. Your adventure begins as you hop into your jeep and drive off, on the left side of the road, following British tradition. Enjoy a narrated tour of the city highlights with stops at points of interest; all this while learning about the island’s history, original Indian inhabitants and the early settlers. Visit the beautiful Garden of the Groves where you'll relax under a huge fig tree overlooking the waterfalls while enjoying lunch. Stroll through the lovely gardens, browse boutique shops featuring locally made arts and crafts and see artisans create native straw work. Your journey continues to one of Grand Bahama’s finest beach clubs where you can take a dip in the crystal clear water. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Guests wishing to drive must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid driver's license. Four guests per jeep; jeeps have manual or automatic transmission. After an approximate 30-minute bus ride from the pier to Port Lucaya, you’ll arrive at the world-famous Unexso’s facility for an unforgettable dolphin experience. You’ll receive a complimentary Dolphin Experience reusable shopping tote. Then, take a 20-minute ferry boat ride along the south shore of the island over to the nine-acre Dolphin Experience Lagoon, for an interactive swim with these wonderful creatures. This lagoon is home to 14n Atlantic bottle nose dolphins. Receive an educational briefing from the experts and gather in small groups of six participants for swimming turns. Swim with the dolphins while plunging underwater to play or race them above the surface. Perform behaviors with the dolphins and ask them to turn around, speak, splash you or wave. Swim in between them for a hug and kiss while the photographer takes photos of you. Each group will be in the water with the dolphins for approximately 20-25 minutes. During this interaction, the animal care staff will provide you with facts about these wonderful animals. While others are in the water you can take photos of the dolphins and other participants from the observation deck. After your program, take a look at several African Macaws and Cockatoos or take a dip in the 17 foot deep pool at Unexso. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, be a minimum height of 4’ 7” and be able to swim. Fins are provided. Children 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Observers are not permitted. This tour is not advised for pregnant women. Snacks, beverages and photos will be available for purchase upon your return to the facility. Guests must sign a waiver release form. Photographers will be taking photos while you interact with the dolphins, available for purchase after the program. less

Containing over twenty million gallons of water, this non-stop water experience consists of thrilling new water slides, a mile-long river ride with high intensity rapids, wave surges, and never-before-seen special effects. The excursion also includes access to the huge, open-air marine habitat where you can find over 50,000 fascinating sea creatures. Whether you prefer a thrilling ride through a shark-filled pool or a gentle float on a never-ending lagoon, you'll find it at Atlantis. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour (approximately 0.4 miles). Participants must be at least 48" tall to ride the water slides. Lounge chairs, towels and life jackets are provided. Meet and connect with dolphins in a 30-minute in-water interaction where you’ll touch, hug and even kiss these amazing animals. You’ll also have access to Dolphin Cay’s private beach. Your day continues at Aquaventure, the only water park of its kind in the world. This 141-acre aqua-adventure features the Power Tower and Mayan Temple offering eight high-speed body and inner tube slides, numerous children's water play activities, relaxing pools, beautiful white-sand beaches, and a mile-long action river ride that you won't want to miss! Experience white water rapids, rolling waves, gentle currents, themed caves and never-before-seen special effects as you float along in a single or double tube. Note: Participants must be at least 2 years of age for the Dolphin Interaction program and at least 48 inches tall to ride water slides at the Aquaventure.
