Discover the diversity of the southeast Alaska landscape via helicopter as you fly over temperate rainforests and granite peaks that surround Alaska’s capital city. To begin your walk, your pilot will choose a landing site on one of the 36 glaciers in this 1,500-square-mile Icefield. On this relaxing, non-strenuous, one-hour interpretive walk, your guide will point out and explain the glacier features and allows ample time for photos. Trekking poles and crampons will provide superb balance and traction, enabling you to travel easily on the gently rolling glacial terrain.
Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and be able to stand and walk on rolling terrain for an hour. Flight time is approximately 35 minutes, with an hour on the glacier. Wind/water-proof outerwear, boots, gloves, hip pack, trekking poles, and crampons are provided. No experience is necessary. This tour is non-refundable. Guests 250 lbs. and over are charged an additional rate to reserve two seats for safety and comfort. These spaces are capacity controlled. You will not be able to book this option online. A 30-minute drive through the desert takes you to a seaside ranch where your horse will be waiting. After brief instructions, you and your horse will begin a leisurely one-hour beach ride along the powerful waters of the Pacific Ocean. Your beach ride will take you atop a sand dune, from where during the months of January through March, you’ll be able to spot the migrant whales swimming very close by. After your ride, enjoy a complimentary beverage at the ranch where you will have a short time to explore the traditional desert houses, interact with the farm animals and check out the boutique filled with local arts and crafts before returning to the pier. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh no more than 240 lbs. and be in good physical condition. Not for pregnant women or guests with knee, back, neck, or heart problems. Long pants, closed-toe shoes and a hat are strongly suggested. Your boat will pull up right at the pier where you and other participants will board. Wear your life jackets and get ready for the thrill of your life. As the boat motors out through the Cabo harbor and into the bay, you’ll be fitted with a harness and then one at a time, you’ll sit down on the back of the boat, it’s simple and easy… the boat does the rest! You’ll soar up to 600 feet depending on the wind and water conditions. Tandem is possible depending on the combined weight of the participants and wind speed at the moment. Take your camera up with you and create aerial memories to show your friends and prove that you really did it! Get a bird’s eye view of Land’s End. Return to your starting point dry and sitting down on the back of the boat. Actual flight time is approximately 10 minutes each.
Note: Participants must be at least 7 years of age and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (adult need not fly, but must buy a ride-along ticket). Required minimum weight should be at least 100 lbs. with a maximum combined weight of 550 lbs. Minimum and maximum weight may change as per Captain’s discretion based on wind conditions. This tour is not for pregnant women and those guests with neck or back problems, as boat ride can be rough at times. Bottled water and soft drinks are included. Until now, diving Costa Maya has been a closely kept secret and is one of the most pristine dive destinations in the Caribbean. Your excursion begins with a short ride through the quaint town of Mahahual to an eco-friendly dive center. Here you’ll be split up into small groups, gather your gear and board one of our dive boats. You’ll be diving on the spectacular Meso-American Barrier reef, where the reef formations are massive and form huge swim-throughs and ledges. This breathtaking reef is also known for its beautiful corals and exotic marine life. Common marine life includes sea turtles, lobsters, stingrays, nurse sharks, dolphin and an endless variety of tropical reef fish. After your dive excursion you may choose to return to your ship or stay and experience the local culture and beautiful beaches of Mahahual. Once a fishing village, Mahahual is now a small town thriving with wonderful beachfront shops, restaurants, bars, arts and crafts booths, and more. Note: Participants must be at least 10 years of age, weigh no more than 375 lbs., be in good health and present a certification card. Completion of a waiver is required. If you choose to stay in Mahahual after the dive, you are responsible for your transportation back to your ship. Due to restrictions by the Dive Provider, any Scuba participants currently taking any medication or with a previous medical condition should bring a note from their primary physician stating that they are medically cleared to participate on a Scuba excursion. Discover the Mexican countryside on horseback. Arrive at Hacienda Dona Engracia where your guide will conduct a short orientation, then match each rider with a horse that suits his or her ability. Riding along the Mascota River, you’ll pass through quaint little villages, viewing local scenery and vegetation. Wear a swimsuit under your riding clothes because if conditions permit, you may enjoy a swim on horseback or relax at the hot springs. Then you’ll head back to the hacienda to explore before you rejoin the transportation back to your ship Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh no more than 220 lbs. and in good physical condition. Wear long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. During certain times of the year, the river rises and forces the tour to follow the mountain trail, cancelling the swim. As you approach Dunn’s River, enjoy a truly spectacular view of the worlds most talked about waterfall. Upon arrival to the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls, your friendly hostesses will lead you to your capable guides who will assist you in climbing the 600-feet of cool refreshing water as it cascades over natural limestone terraces. Feel the excitement as you ascend the rushing waters as they plunge directly into the pristine Caribbean Sea. After enjoying the falls, you’ll head to at Dolphin Cove and experience all that it has to offer. At the conclusion of your tour you’ll have the option of being dropped-off at a local shopping plaza for shopping time at your leisure and then make your own way back to your ship. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Participants must weigh no more than 250 lbs. This Tour is not recommended for those who are pregnant, who have back or neck injuries, or those with heart and respiratory conditions. You will not interact with dolphins on this tour. The Dunn’s River Falls are the highlight of Jamaica and tend to be very congested. All guests participating in a tour that visits the falls should wear foot protection that can get wet. River socks are available for rent at the falls. The rocks at the falls are slippery. Climbing the falls is optional and at your own risk. Participants who do not wish to climb the falls may enjoy the small beach at the base. The walk to the beach is on a slope with many stairs, therefore participants should be in reasonably good health. less

Soaring high above the lush rain forest, incredibly deep valleys and awe inspiring peaks, you'll marvel at vistas seen by few! Your pilot will give you an eagle's eye view of high alpine lakes, "icefalls" hanging from sheer cliffs and some of the most remote peaks and glaciers in the Juneau Icefield, places like Wonderland, Glacier King, the Mendenhall Towers, and Devil's Paw. The itinerary is flexible; your pilot is free to create the best possible tour under the current weather and glacier conditions. For an up-close opportunity to appreciate this ancient landscape, your pilot will land in two different locations, where you'll continue the tour on foot! During these two landings you'll also learn about the geological and environmental processes at work creating moraines, crevasses, seracs, and the glaciers themselves. The "Pilot's Choice" tour is an incomparable journey of discovery, a once-in-a-lifetime experience sure to provide enduring memories of Southeast Alaska's beautiful wilderness. This fully guided wilderness hike begins with a brief 20 minute train ride aboard the Historic White Pass and Yukon Route Railway. You’ll ride through the wilderness to the Denver Valley trailhead located in the Tongass National Forest. Your hiking guide will accompany you through the dense coastal rainforest filled with old-growth trees, moss beds, and other flora. On your 3 to 5 mile hike, the trail occasionally intersects with the raging Skagway River and lookout points provide spectacular views of the Sawtooth Mountain Range.
The hike can be done as a casual stroll through the forest or as a more aggressive hike, depending on your preference. There’s plenty of opportunity for photography and there is potential for wildlife sightings. Bear, moose, and mountain goats all call this valley home. Guides will provide information about the region’s natural and gold rush history. Enjoy a refreshment before boarding the train for your return trip to town.
Note: Participants must be at least 9 years of age and in good physical condition. Dress in layers and wear sturdy walking shoes. The train returns from Canada, all participants are required to carry a valid passport. Tour duration includes approximately three hours (3 to 5 miles) on the trail.
