After a short and scenic transfer from Ward Cove, arrive at a secluded hilltop venue surrounded by towering evergreens and sweeping views of the Tongass Narrows. The smell of wood smoke and crackling flames sets the mood as chefs prepare a multi course meal using traditional live fire techniques and locally inspired ingredients. As each course is prepared over hardwood flames, guests can watch wild caught seafood sizzle on iron grates, see slow roasted meats carved fresh from the fire, and learn about Alaskan cooking traditions along the way.
