Nabak National Forest 4x4 Adventure

This diverse tour allows you to explore the mangroves, the magnificent scenery of the desert and the Bedouin way of life found on the Sinai Peninsula. Travel to the Nabak National Forest where you'll see, this unique ecosystem of mangroves up-close. The variety of mangrove that grows here has adapted itself to the area's unique environment and actually flourishes in the high saline content of the soil and the region's temperature extremes.

Drive on, through the desert, to the Nabak Museum to learn about the area's local wildlife and birds. Continue through the mountains of Wadi Kharayza, making your way to the Bedouins' camp at Wadi Mandar. Your hosts will warmly greet you and offer you a cup of Bedouin tea and typical bread that has been prepared over a wood fire. As you enjoy their hospitality, the camp's young girls will display handcrafted Bedouin items which are for sale and make for a wonderful keepsake.
