Do they serve Coke products on the Escape?

I just got off encore last week 9/2023 and it is coke products. I know they had coke and sprite and sprite zero. never asked about other kinds. online beverage package says" Includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Fanta and Pop Water."

Is there a safe in the cabins?

Yes, all cabins have a small electronic safe in the closet - you choose your own code when you lock the safe and re-enter that code to open it again. They're usually large enough for passports & wallets and maybe a small tablet, but not laptops or anything larger.

Yes. I have always used an app called Shipmate. Guaranteed ship return, way cheaper, got my money back immediately when weather didn't allow us to do one excursion. No issues and many family and friends have used as well.

Yes, there is a TV in the room, there are a handful of channels catered to NCL, like shopping, and then about your cruise location and such. There are 2 random TV show channels, and 2 random movie channels. Also, a handful of cable news channels. Your TV is also interactive, so you can rent movies on your stay, make reservations, and check your account
