When should I submit my request for the NCLH Loyalty Status Honouring Program for my cruise, and how long does it take to process?

Requests must be submitted at least 10 days before your sail date* to ensure honoured benefits are recognized. We are unable to honour requests once your voyage has commenced. Please allow up to 72 business hours for processing.

*For Sixthman or Norwegian Charter cruises, you must wait to submit your status-honouring request until you have been assigned a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number.
