When can I begin enjoying my NCLH Loyalty Status Honouring Program benefits?
The NCLH Loyalty Status Honouring program launched on 29 September, 2025, when guests could begin submitting email requests to have their loyalty status honoured. The first eligible cruises to receive honoured benefits sailed on 15 October, 2025.
- For guests who submit a Status Honouring request on or after 16 March, 2026: Your loyalty status will be honoured according to the 2026 Tier Recognition Structure.
- For guests who submitted a Status Honouring request before 16 March, 2026, but are sailing after 16 March, 2026: Your loyalty status will be honoured according to the 2025 Tier Recognition Structure.
Why did the Tier Recognition Structure change?
