Your all-inclusive package covers dolphin interactions, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, food, beverages, and round-trip transportation. Your adventure begins with a short 10-minute transfer from your cruise ship to our oceanfront location. Upon arrival, you’ll join a brief and engaging orientation where expert trainers introduce you to the fascinating world of bottlenose dolphins—covering their behavior, biology, and the positive reinforcement methods used in their care. Then, step onto our shallow-water platform and prepare for an extraordinary connection with your dolphin companion. This is your moment to truly bond—feel the rhythm of nature as you listen to the dolphin’s heartbeat, and don’t miss the heart-melting “Smile” behavior, where a playful tickle prompts a wide, cheerful grin. The adventure continues as you slip on your snorkel mask and head into the deeper, crystal-clear waters of our calm and protected coves a secure environment perfect for all swimming levels. Here, your dolphin will greet you with a friendly kiss and handshake, then dazzle you with playful spins, bubble rings from the ocean floor, and graceful underwater dives that showcase their power and beauty. After your dolphin swim, take full advantage of our unlimited food and beverage service at the palapa-style restaurant. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail or enjoying a family-friendly lunch, everything is included to keep you refreshed and satisfied. Your all-inclusive package covers dolphin interactions, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, food, beverages, and round-trip transportation, while photos, souvenirs, snacks, towels and lockers are available at an extra cost. Before heading back to your ship, take a relaxing stroll into downtown Cozumel—just steps away—for shopping, sightseeing, and a final taste of the island’s charm.

Need to Know:

Note: Participants must be at least 4 feet tall. Children under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. All participants must know how to swim in deep waters. Minimum age to snorkel is 5 years old and the minimum age for kayaking and paddle boarding is 10 years old, accompanied by an adult or guardian at all the time. Guests with neck or back injuries or pregnant women are not allowed. For the safety of the dolphins, remove sunscreen, jewelry, hats, and glasses. Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Cameras are not allowed while participating in the water. Snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding activities are offered at the site on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. The optional activities have no monetary value in the event of weather cancellation. Dolphin observer ticket available for purchase onboard. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or limited availability of water activities. This excursion is only available for the sailing of Norwegian Pearl on March 9, 2026.
