Benefits per tier level are available on sailings 5 days or longer. Onboard Discounts (including the pre-booking of shore excursions) are available on all sailings regardless of sail length.
1 Discounts available in duty-free shops on all Norwegian logo merchandise. Cannot be combined with another additional discount or coupon.
2 Shore excursion discounts are not reflected in the shopping section of My NCL on ncl.com. You will see the discount in the shopping cart and upon check out in My NCL on ncl.com. In order to receive your shore excursion discounts on board, please identify yourself as a Latitudes Rewards member and present your key card in person to the shore excursion desk at the time of purchase.
3 Photo discounts are not eligible for photo packages which include merchandise or Perspectives Photography Studio.
4 Onboard discounts on Spa Signature Treatments while the ship is in port are not combinable with any other onboard discounts or promotions.
5 For day, time and location, please come to the CruiseNext desk in the Atrium by 9:00 pm on embarkation day or by 9:00 pm on the second day of the cruise for Pride of America. Spacing is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
6 Wi-Fi Package discount is applicable when purchasing the Wi-Fi Package, excluding all More At Sea packages. Discount is per person, for qualifying Latitudes Rewards guest(s) depending on the Latitudes Rewards tier.
7 Benefit is available on sailings 5 days or longer. Dinner voucher to be used on the sailing it was issued for. It cannot be transferred to another ship, sail date or itinerary including back-to-back sailings. This benefit will mirror terms and conditions of menu items through More At SeaTM. Bottle of Wine is offered in venues offering the Complimentary Wine List, Palomar not included. Upcharge menu items are not included in this benefit and will incur supplemental charges. Dinner vouchers cannot be redeemed at the same venue twice. Solo guests cannot claim two dinners. Dining options vary by ship.
8 Entertainment can be pre-booked 26 days prior to sailing for Platinum and above members. For Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire members, dining can be pre-booked 125 days prior to sailing and for Ambassadors, dining can be pre-booked 130 days prior to sailing. Shore excursions can be pre-booked typically 1 year prior to sailing for Platinum and above members.
9 To redeem your one-time complimentary cabin upgrade, log in to your My NCL account and go to the ‘Latitude Rewards’ tab. Click on ‘Ready to redeem your Diamond complimentary cabin upgrade? link on the ‘Cruise History’ tab. Select ‘Diamond Upgrade’ from the dropdown and submit the information requested. A representative will reach out to you regarding your request.
10 Ambassador members should receive their special gift once, upon graduating to Ambassador status. Please note, this is a one-time benefit, and dedicated Ambassador gifts are not currently distributed in subsequent years.
