Need to Know:

Note: This experience takes place in shallow water and is suitable for non-swimmers. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All activities are supervised by trained professionals, and participation guidelines must be followed for safety and animal welfare. Participants must be at least 5 years old. Children under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Minimum age to snorkel is 5 years old and 10 years old for kayaking and paddle boarding, accompanied by an adult or guardian at all the time. Guests with neck or back injuries or pregnant women are not allowed to participate. For the safety of the dolphins, remove all sunscreen, jewelry, hats and glasses. Minimum age to consume alcohol is 21 years old. Snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding activities are offered at the site on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. The optional activities have no monetary value in the event of weather cancellation. Dolphin observer ticket available for purchase onboard.
