Mark Kansley
Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations
Mark Kansley joined Norwegian Cruise Line in January 2001 as a shipboard Hotel Director and transitioned to the corporate office in 2005 as Director of Hotel Operations. Before taking on his current role, he has held various positions in the areas of Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Training and Product Development.
As Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, Kansley is responsible for all hotel operation functions that drive the onboard guest experience for the 17-ship strong NCL fleet as well as its sister brands Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Previously, Kansley worked as a Hotel Director for various cruise brands. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Kansley now resides in Southwest Ranches, Florida with his wife Clare and their son and daughter.
