Tier Levels for All Players
Play Up, Tier Up, Casinos At Sea Rewards consists of four rewarding tier levels:
*The annual tier evaluation period is 1 April to 31 March. Tier levels are based on points earned within the 12-month evaluation period. For purposes of tier evaluation, all members will start with zero points on 1 April at 12:00 a.m. ET. Points earned on or after 1 April at 12:00 a.m. ET will count toward the next tier year. Points earned 1 April to 31 March will determine the tier level for the subsequent year. Tier levels may be upgraded during the year based on point earnings. Tier levels are re-evaluated on an annual basis. Bonus and adjusted points are not considered in tier evaluation. Please note that guests booked through the Friends and Family program are excluded from receiving tier benefits.

How can I join Casinos At Sea?
It’s free to join the Casinos At Sea Rewards Program. You can simply join by playing in one of our onboard casinos. You must be 21 years of age or older to join.
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Use your room key while playing your favourite slot machines and table games to start accumulating points. The more you play, the more you get rewarded. However, select table games and slot machines will not offer points.
Slot Machine Points
Slot Machine points are earned on qualifying slot and video poker play only.
Reel Slots - $5 wager-in = 1 point
Video Poker - $10 wager-in = 1 point
Table Game Points
Table Game points are earned each time your play is recorded at the tables. Points are based on average bet, session play or hands played and game type. Just present your room key to any of our friendly casino dealers to rate/record your play.
What can points be used for?
Pearl and above can redeem for onboard spa treatments, dinners in our specialty restaurants, slot and table play, or charges off your final bill.
Exclusions may apply, such as medical expenses, gaming, in-room gaming, lottery, Krackits, Bingo, Deal Or No Deal, medi spa, art auction, Cruise Rewards, casino novelty games, charitable contributions, manual gratuities, and service charges. For more details, visit the Casino Players Club on board.
How do I gain access to my Casinos At Sea account?
You gain access to your Casinos At Sea account right at your slot machine. Simply tap your card on a slot machine, or visit the Players Club.
How can I download and play my points?
You can download your points for play right at your slot machine. Casino Hosts can provide you with instructions for cashless wagering and points to play. When you earn points, they’ll automatically upload back onto your room key when you’re done playing. Then, you can use them on your next favourite machine!
*Points must be earned individually. Points are available for 18 months and can be used on future cruises if not redeemed on your current cruise.
How do I redeem points?
Pearl and above guests can request point redemption while on board. Points can be redeemed on the last day of your cruise from 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Ask your Casino Host for details.

Can points be transferred from ship to ship?
Points may be transferred from ship to ship. Transferred points don’t raise your existing tier status or increase it.
