Win / Loss Statement

This statement shows your Win/Loss for play involving use of your Casinos At Sea Players Club Card. All winnings, including W-2G’s (hand paid jackpots) as well as losses, are reflected in the Total Win/Loss for the period requested.

Effective January 15, 2020, Win/Loss requests will be automated. Please submit your request for win/loss statements after this date. For more information, email to winloss@nclcorp.com. To obtain a manual Win/Loss Statement, click here to download the Win/Loss statement PDF request form.

Win/Loss statements for the current year will be available after January 31st of the following calendar year.

How to Request a Statement

Win-Loss Statement Online

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Log in or create an account if you don’t have one. On the Account page, under your name and profile.

My Account Win Loss

Step 2: Request Win/Loss

In the profile box, located under your name, click “Request Win/Loss Statement”. Fill out and submit the form.

Step 3: Get Activation Code

An activation code should be sent to your mobile phone. Please respond to this message quickly.
