Traveling with C-PAP
At Norwegian Cruise Line, we understand that some guests may need to travel with medical equipment such as C-PAP, Bi-PAP machines, or nebulisers. To support your health and comfort during your cruise, we are pleased to offer distilled water upon request. We strongly encourage guests to pre-request distilled water at least four (4) days prior to sailing to ensure availability. If you miss this deadline, distilled water may still be requested onboard by visiting the Guest Services Desk.
A few important notes:
- Guests should bring an extension cord approximately 6 feet long. Please ensure it is in good working condition and does not include a surge protector.
- If your extension cord is deemed unsafe, it may be confiscated during luggage screening for safety inspection. If approved, it will be returned to you as soon as possible.
- All stateroom outlets are 100V & 220V and accommodate 3-prong plugs.
- A limited supply of extension cords is available onboard through Guest Services, subject to availability.
