Is Margarittaville still on board the Bliss?

When we were booking the cruise it was listed in dining but we are unable to find it now.
Asked by: goompa
My first answer was wrong, I was on the Bliss 03/01/2020 - 03/08/2020 and Margarittaville was still on board. Sorry.

What specialty restaurants on the Bliss are included in the dining package without an upcharge

Asked by: HelloMe
Here's some additional information from the NCL FAQ section of this website: Dining Terms and Conditions Specialty Dining Packages (SDP) are available online for pre-sale or onboard during the first two days of the voyage. SDP is not available on 1 and 2-day sailings; On 3-day sailings SDP is for sale on day 1 only. No refunds available if not all meals are used. SDPs are personal and non-transferable. SDP does not include any beverages and additional main courses will incur charges. An SDP meal in Food Republic, Pincho, Sushi and Wasabi includes 4 menu items. A 20% gratuity and specialty service charge will be added to the package price. No SDP kids pricing available. We encourage guests to visit ncl.com/myncl to make dining reservations in advance. Reservations are not required but highly recommended for SDP guests, however, once onboard, reservations will be subject to availability. SDP meals can be enjoyed at American Diner, Cagney’s Steakhouse, Food Republic, Italian, Le Bistro, Los Lobos, Margaritaville at Sea, Moderno Churrascaria, Ocean Blue and Bayamo by Ocean Blue, Pincho Tapas Bar, Q Texas Smokehouse, Raw Bar, Sushi and Teppanyaki. Dining options vary by ship. You may choose to use SDP meals in entertainment-based restaurants for an upcharge. SDP guests will be charged the following upcharges versus the full cover charge/a la carte price: Cirque Dreams (Epic, Getaway) - $10, Supper Club Cabaret (Escape) - $18, Velvet (Breakaway) - $10. When using the upcharge option, that meal will be deducted from the SDP. Venues/Events not included in SDP include: Room Service, Mini Bar, District Brewhouse, The Bake Shop, Coco’s, O’ Sheehan’s Ice Cream Bar, Gelato, Special Occasion/Holiday menus (e.g. New Year’s Eve, Christmas), Jazz Brunch, Wine Lovers and Murder Mystery lunches.

Seattle hotel prior to cruise date

Is there a hotel in Seattle that offers airport pickup as well as cruise port drop off, that won't empty my wallet?
Asked by: Marciaandy
The Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel is directly across the street from the cruise terminal. It's also fairly close to Pike Place, Ivar's Restaurant, the Seattle Aquarium, and other points of interest. It's easy and inexpensive to get from the Sea-Tac airport into town on the Seattle MetroLink light rail system. The Westlake underground station is about 10 blocks from the hotel, but one way streets make it about a 15 block taxi or Uber ride.

Cabin electricity-for the cabin electric outlets to come on, do I have to insert my cabin keycard (or other type card) into a slot on the wall ?

On the NCL Breakaway, I had to insert the cabin keycard in order for the electric to come on. When leaving the cabin, had to remove the keycard, and electric went off while not in the cabin.
Asked by: Maggiec917
Besides the safety reasons listed previously, it also conserves electric power as all ships produce their own power. It is best to to charge your phone, Ipad or laptop at night while you sleep.

Haven Embarkation Times

When I booked the Haven I saw that there was no set time to embark. So my question is: what's my embarkation window for a 5pm sailing? I assume I should be on board no later than 4pm, but how early can I arrive?
Asked by: James1974
you can arrive anytime before 11:00 but not to early. between 11-12 is probably perfect. however your assumption is incorrect. ncl usually wants you on board at least 2 hrs before sailing. try to get on board around 1:00 if you have a haven, there is a special check in for you, in about 15 minutes, your butler or concierge will personally escort you to the haven restaurant, you can have lunch, have a drink, chill out, get to your stateroom around 2, relax and get ready for take off. enjoy the amenities you have paid for by booking a haven, but dont push your luck waiting until 4

Ability to use cpap machine on board ?

Asked by: Drabeler
The answer is incorrect. You can call NCL ahead and they will provide the distilled water for those needing it for a CPAP. Have done is several times on cruises and have it reserved for our upcoming cruise on the Bliss.

Does the Bliss,JOYand Encore casino have non smoking in the casino is this true.

Asked by: 1BIGBADJOHN
that is the case. because it is totally enclosed it is good for the non-smokers on the cruise. the downside is that the room itself has a heavy concentration of smoke compared to more open casinos so it can affect your breathing after a while

are the pools indoor on the alaskan Bliss cruise?

I'm wondering if the pools shown on the description of the Bliss are actually usable during an Alaska tour.
Asked by: kltfc
Guests traveling in the Haven have access to the Haven Courtyard pool which is located inside and under a moveable glass roof. The pools for all other guests are outdoors, but the water usually is heated to a temperature in the 70s or low 80s. The deck surrounding the pools, however, is open to the elements. On two previous NCL cruises to Alaska, I do not remember seeing many folks hanging out by the pools. On a cool day with cloud cover and a little breeze, the wind chill can get down to near freezing on deck. Occasionally, though, you may find sunshine, relatively warm temperatures, and little or no wind, yielding temperatures on deck in the 60s or maybe even in the low 70s.
