if you have the ultimate beverage package does the gratuity for specialty drinks get applied? can we use our on board credit yo pay or cash?

If you purchased the ultimate beverage package or if you received it as part of a promotion, the gratuity for it has already been collected at the time of booking. You won't be charged anything extra for it. As far as any onboard credit is concerned, all charges that you have on the ship like service charge, shore excursions, onboard shopping, specialty dining etc will be billed to your stateroom. Any credit that you have will be applied to your final bill.

What does Pre-paid Service Mean? Does it benefit the traveler to prepay?

Your daily service charge is added to your cruise bill at the end of the cruise. It doesn't really help the passenger unless you want to spread out the charges over several months rather than having one bill at the end of the cruise. The bill at the end of the cruise will have other charges like shore excursions, drinks, onboard shopping etc.

Are ironing boards and irons available on the ship or can one be delivered to your room for a short period

Due to fire hazard issues, the staterooms do not have clothes iron and you are not allowed to bring irons on board the ship. However, you can request the Guest Services Desk or the cabin stewards they will be happy to bring you an iron and ironing board for a few hours.

All staterooms have hair dryers. The amenities the ship's stateroom is just as in any hotel. Mini-fridge, phone, TV, coffee maker (not in inside & ocean view staterooms), ice bucket, beach towels, mini-safe, hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo.

Room service is complimentary only for Haven guests. There is a service charge added for all other guests. As far as tipping is concerned, you can tip them based on your personal preference. There is no set amount.

how late can you disembark at end of cruise

It usually takes about 30 minutes for the ship to be cleared by customs before the guests can start disembarking. If the ship docks at 8 AM, you can expect all guests to be cleared off the ship by around 10 AM.

If my cruise ends in New York City, can I make a flight that takes off from Lagaurdia at 1225pm?

NCL recommends making domestic flight reservations at least 3-4 hours after the ship has docked. Usually, if there are no issues, you can disembark and go through customs in 30-40 min. You should be good for your 12:25 PM flight.
