Is one section of the ship (forward, middle or Aft) feel less rocky when the seas are rough?

Asked by: Natanis
The middle is always the calmest on any ship. If you're sailing to the Caribbean, the seas are almost never rough. And it's a huge ship, so it doesn't move much anyway.

What does it mean that some of the solo travel/suite rooms are "connecting'

Some solo rooms have an arrow symbol on them that the legend identifies as connecting rooms. What does this mean?
Asked by: tcurry
There is two set of doors between the cabins that can be unlocked to give access to both cabins. They can be only unlocked from inside the cabin

What is the dress code for dinner in Savor, Taste, and The Tropicana Room? Are there formal nights?

Asked by: Leader
There are no dress codes other than a shirts, shoes, and of course shorts or pants. I don't think they'd let someone in wearing nothing but a two-piece bikini, for example. There is one formal night one the cruise and it's totally voluntary. I never bother because it's more clothes to pack and carry. Each to their own.

1st time taking a European crusie on Gateaway. Does any one know if the water is calm like going to the Carribean?

Asked by: DonnaCB
Has been calm most cruises in the fall, except for one November storm with 80mph winds hitting the Epic broadside. We had to change course and skip Malta, but they added Athens instead. Also depends on the ship's age, since newer ships have better stabilizers.
