Room upgrade

If the cruise is not full, will room upgrades be offered? We are interested in a balcony, even if it is partially obstructed. NOT FULLY OBSTRUCTED.

Upgrades are offered via a bid system beginning about a month prior to sailing. You'll be notified via e-mail. Be aware that making a bid does not guarantee winning an upgrade. You can upgrade at any time (at full price) by calling NCL or your travel agent. And there is no such thing as a fully obstructed balcony, and very few are even partially obstructed.

Is there a walking track around the ship?

Is it possible to walk around the outside of the ship, or are the only exercise options in the gym?

It is possible to walk around the entire ship on deck 7. The outside jogging track is on deck 13 and goes around about 1/2 of the ship.

Jade - Covid testing onboard?

Getting ready to sail on the Jade from Grrece. Did \they provide Covid testing for the flight home?

Yes, you could get tested on board in April 2022 when we did a Greece sailing. Israel also required that we all test again as well. Don't be surprised if you need to get tested again. Israel security is no joke! :)

Is there a guest laundry onboard?

there is no laundry that you can use yourself, but the do have laundry service. Wait for the 1/2 price special. With the special, you can fill the laundry bag as full as you can, and pay 1/2 price of listed. Make sure to fill out the inventory list while you fill the bag. Usually get it back in 1 day

They carry only small amounts for foreign currency - not enough to provide currency exchange. The best choice is credit card and ATM. They're more convenient and you get comparable if not better rates.
