Can I bring bottled water on the cruise ship

I have the ultimate drink package but I am not sure if it includes bottled water. If it does not include bottled water can I bring water onto the ship?

You cannot bring your own water onto the ship. The Unlimited Open Bar package does not include Bottled (actually, boxed) water, but the Premium Plus does. See this link for details. https://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/beverage-packages

we have a large family and would like to eat together each night . Is there traditional dining aboard the Jade ?

how would we arrange 2 staterooms to eat together in the traditional dining times

NCL does not have set dining times - you eat where you want when you want. The Jade has 2 main dining rooms - Grand Pacific, the more traditional of the two, and the more modern Alizar. Just go to the restaurant of your choice at the time of your choice. Depending on the size of your group you may want to make a reservation beforehand.

need a visa?

good morning. I have booked the Norwegian Jade on May 5, 2023. we are US and Canada passport holder, My question is do we need a visa to Turkey and Greece? if so, should we do it by ourselves or your cruise line will do it for us?

According to the link below, it doesn't appear that you'll need a visa, but your passport must have at least 6 months remaining on it. Is there an upgrade from Balcony to suite?

There is a bidding process for upgrades, which usually begins soon after the full-pay date for the cruise. Watch your e-mail for details. Of course, you can always upgrade at full price by calling your travel agent or NCL PCC.

They carry only small amounts for foreign currency - not enough to provide currency exchange. The best choice is credit card and ATM. They're more convenient and you get comparable if not better rates.

Where can I find information about the Veranda Club stateroom on the NCL Jade?

I assume you're referring to the Club Balcony Suites - there is no Veranda Club on NCL. You can find info on Club Balcony by clicking the Staterooms tab above. Be aware, though, that they are suites in name only - they do not come with any of the amenities afforded to regular suites. They are essentially balcony staterooms with somewhat more living space.
