Can I bring bottled water on the cruise ship

I have the ultimate drink package but I am not sure if it includes bottled water. If it does not include bottled water can I bring water onto the ship?

You cannot bring your own water onto the ship. The Unlimited Open Bar package does not include Bottled (actually, boxed) water, but the Premium Plus does. See this link for details. https://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/beverage-packages

Room upgrade

If the cruise is not full, will room upgrades be offered? We are interested in a balcony, even if it is partially obstructed. NOT FULLY OBSTRUCTED.

Upgrades are offered via a bid system beginning about a month prior to sailing. You'll be notified via e-mail. Be aware that making a bid does not guarantee winning an upgrade. You can upgrade at any time (at full price) by calling NCL or your travel agent. And there is no such thing as a fully obstructed balcony, and very few are even partially obstructed.

we have a large family and would like to eat together each night . Is there traditional dining aboard the Jade ?

NCL does not have set dining times - you eat where you want when you want. The Jade has 2 main dining rooms - Grand Pacific, the more traditional of the two, and the more modern Alizar. Just go to the restaurant of your choice at the time of your choice. Depending on the size of your group you may want to make a reservation beforehand.

Is there a walking track around the ship?

Is it possible to walk around the outside of the ship, or are the only exercise options in the gym?

It is possible to walk around the entire ship on deck 7. The outside jogging track is on deck 13 and goes around about 1/2 of the ship.

Jade - Covid testing onboard?

Getting ready to sail on the Jade from Grrece. Did \they provide Covid testing for the flight home?

Yes, you could get tested on board in April 2022 when we did a Greece sailing. Israel also required that we all test again as well. Don't be surprised if you need to get tested again. Israel security is no joke! :)

Is there a guest laundry onboard?

there is no laundry that you can use yourself, but the do have laundry service. Wait for the 1/2 price special. With the special, you can fill the laundry bag as full as you can, and pay 1/2 price of listed. Make sure to fill out the inventory list while you fill the bag. Usually get it back in 1 day

Is there an upgrade from Balcony to suite?

There is a bidding process for upgrades, which usually begins soon after the full-pay date for the cruise. Watch your e-mail for details. Of course, you can always upgrade at full price by calling your travel agent or NCL PCC.
