There are no washing machines available to guests. However, you can send clothes out to be laundered for a fee.

Are there coffee makers in all rooms?

No, but if you are in a balcony class or higher you can call to reqeust a coffee maker and supplies be brought to the room. Your room attendant will then keep the supplied refilled for the remainder of your cruise.

At what time the ship leave from every port?

Example, some ports the ship arrives at 7am, others 9am and other 1pm, does it leaves at the same time or it stays a certain prefixed hours?

Is there a guest laundry area?

They offer laundry services onboard but they are not self service. The price is per item of clothing and those prices range from $1.00 up to $19.00 depending on the item of clothing. An exact list of prices will be available on board.

How many pools and hot tubs are on the Jewel?

There are 2 main pools and 4 hot tubs. If you have spa access there are 2 other hot tubs but they are located in the changing rooms. There is also a hydro pool in the common spa area. If you have Haven access, there is an indoor pool and hot tub, but the pool is only big enough for a soak, not to exercise or do laps in.
