Dress code aboard ship

What is the dress code aboard ship? For example Main dinning and other various part of the ship. My wife and I very much are casual in our dress.

For most of the ship it is casual dress, wear what you like. For the main dining room Windows and specialty restaurant Le Bistro it is a bit nicer, for men a collared shirt and pants, no graphic T shirts or shorts. Women is a dress or nice shirt/pants. No open toe shoes for men or women. Jeans area acceptable.

What activities does Norwegian Spirit to Alaska have onboard for children?

NCL Spirit is one of the smallest ships in the NCL fleet and is geared for adults, so there will be limited options for children. If you need activities for children, I would recommend choosing cruises on one of the bigger / newer ships which have been designed with children's activities in mind.

At least on the Spirit, the spa does not have a pool or salt room. Only a steam room and sauna.

NCL Spirit is geared to adult cruisers, so many shows will not be appropriate for the younger generation.

Between what hours is breakfast served and where?

Norwegian Spirit Alaskan cruise from Vancouver to Seward. Many of our excursions start at 8 AM and we would like to know where is the best place to get the earliest and the quickest breakfast.

The other NCL cruise we went on - breakfast in the Garden Cafe buffet restaurant was the best option for early morning. I remember it as being open from about 6:00 until about 10:00 every day.
