What is the language spoke on this trip ?

I speak English, Spanish, and very comfortable with Tagalog, My wife speak English, Tagalog and Bisaya. I would like to know about shows and other activities , if in English or maybe Portuguese or another language.. Thanks in advance. Van Der

English is the official language on all NCL cruises. The crew, of course, is multinational - while they all speak English, you'll certainly find many who are more comfortable in their native language - Spanish and Tagalog in particular. Shore excursions are sometimes offered in different languages. Look for that when/if you reserve excursions.

We are going on a 14 day cruise around Cape Horn in South America. Which side of the ship should our room be on so we can see the land?

It depends on which way you are sailing. If you are going from Santiago to Buenos Aires, you want a room on the port (left) side. If you are traveling in the reverse direction, you want a room on the starboard (right side).
