Can I apply my Shore Excursion discount after I return home from my cruise?

No. Shore Excursion discounts can only be applied if you booked before your sailing or onboard during your cruise. You have until 10:00 pm on the last night of the cruise to question any charges with Guest Services, around Latitudes Rewards discounts you believe you didn’t receive. Guests on back-to-back sailings must do this after each leg of their cruise. Once you return home, it is too late to apply the discount.
