  • All guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a ticketed guest age 18 or older to enter the waterpark. Children ages 0–3 receive complimentary admission.
  • Certified lifeguards are on duty while the waterpark is in operation.

Operations & Cancellation Policies

  • Park operating hours vary by sailing and ship arrival/departure schedule.
  • Weather cancellation policy applies. Refund eligibility and amounts are determined based on the severity of weather conditions. If rain is forecasted, guests may cancel their Great Tides Water Park reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund to their onboard account. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. If Great Tides Water Park closes due to weather or operational conditions, guests will receive a refund to their onboard account. Guests may cancel by returning their tour ticket to the Shore Excursion Desk and notifying the staff of the cancellation. Certain experiences may be subject to different cancellation policies; please check with the Shore Excursion Desk for details.

Activity Level

This activity involves a moderate to high level of physical activity, including extended periods of walking and standing, climbing stairs, navigating wet or uneven surfaces, and participating in water-based attractions such as pools. Guests should be comfortable swimming and being active throughout the experience. Not recommended for guests with physical limitations.

Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-book, as availability onboard may be limited, and passes are not guaranteed once onboard.     What is the cancellation and weather policy for Great Tides Waterpark?

    You may modify or cancel Great Tides Waterpark reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival in port without penalty, unless otherwise noted in the activity description. For cancellation instructions, please visit the Shore Excursion Desk or follow the cancellation procedures provided with your reservation.

    Tour operates rain or shine. In some cases, attractions or activities may be suspended or canceled if weather or local conditions make it unsafe to operate.

    What should I bring to Great Tides Waterpark?

    Guests should bring comfortable swimwear or beachwear, along with essentials such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and room key card. Please note that water shoes are not required.

    Is Great Tides Waterpark ADA accessible? 

    Great Tides Waterpark is ADA accessible in accordance with North American ADA standards. 

    Accessible walkways are provided throughout the park. The Wandering River is accessible by pool lift.

    Slides and plunge pools are not subject to ADA requirements.

    A limited number of cabanas are available for purchase at Great Tides Waterpark. Conveniently located near the slides and attractions, each cabana accommodates up to six guests. Cabana reservations include waterpark admission for up to six guests, one bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit basket, chips and salsa, one bottle of water per guest, towels, and bar service throughout the day.

    Can additional guests be added to the Great Tides Waterpark Cabana reservation?

    Free at Sea™ Shore Excursion credits may be used toward the purchase of a cabana at Great Tides Waterpark, which includes waterpark admission for up to six guests. However, these credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of admission tickets to Great Tides Waterpark.
