Operations & Cancellation Policies

  • Park operating hours vary by sailing and ship arrival/departure schedule.
  • Waterpark reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival at Great Stirrup Cay for a full refund to the original form of payment (if cancelled onboard). Reservations cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. NCL reserves the right to cancel reservations or close the waterpark due to weather, operational issues, or other circumstances; affected guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund or onboard account credit, as determined by NCL in its sole discretion based on the nature and duration of the closure. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process. This activity involves a moderate to high level of physical activity, including extended periods of walking and standing, climbing stairs, navigating wet or uneven surfaces, and participating in water-based attractions such as pools. Guests should be comfortable swimming and being active throughout the experience. Not recommended for guests with physical limitations.

    A limited number of cabanas are available for purchase at Great Tides Waterpark. Conveniently located near the slides and attractions, each cabana accommodates up to six guests. Cabana reservations include waterpark admission for up to six guests, one bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit basket, chips and salsa, one bottle of water per guest, towels, and bar service throughout the day.

    Can additional guests be added to the Great Tides Waterpark Cabana reservation?
