After leaving the dock, you'll drive through Palma to the Blanca Terra winery in the island's interior. As you'll discover as you tour the estate, Bodega Blanca Terra is dedicated to recovering indigenous grape varieties that disappeared after the scourge of phylloxera destroyed countless vineyards in the 19th century. During brunch and tasting at the winery, you will taste a selection of wines that reflect the terroir and the lime-rich, clay-textured soil. The wines will be complemented with freshly baked bread and extra virgin olive oil made from the estate's olives. Afterwards you will go to the pearl factory where you will have the opportunity to see the elaboration and have free time to shop.
