Once you have submitted the form, Norwegian Cruise Line Access Desk will respond within 72 hours.

Should you have booked a full package with Norwegian and your flight is changed or a weather-related delay leaves you stuck whilst you're travelling the first thing you should do is immediately advise an airline representative at the airport that you are a guest of Norwegian Cruise Line, and you are on your way to join our cruise ship. Please then reach out to our Guest Services team.

The Special Events Department coordinates group dining, vow renewals, meetings, cocktail parties, group performances, and other onboard functions.
