On this tour, you'll visit Australia’s oldest brewery, the Cascade Brewery that takes it water straight from the slopes of kunanyi/Mount Wellington. You’ll sample some beers and take in the wonderful gardens at the foot of the mountain. The experience at Lark Distillery in Pontville will be just as immersive. After observing the traditional distillery methods, which produce premier whiskies infused with local barley and pure Tasmanian water, you will enjoy a tasting of the spirits. Some are single malts; others are blends and still others are flavored.
