OVERVIEW

Zip through the streets of Lisbon in a vintage side car and stop along the way at some of the most emblematic attractions in the capital city. The side car is open-air with room for just two passengers – one behind the driver, the other in the side car. Although the driver will have a certain route in mind, it may be customized. You can expect to pass historical landmarks such as the Belém Tower – a fortification that served as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon – and the Jerónimos Monastery, which holds the remains of Vasco da Gama. Both are UNESCO World Heritage sites built in the 16th century. You will also drive through Lisbon’s oldest quarter of Alfama and view the iconic wavy-patterned cobblestone Rossio Square and Commerce Square, the city’s symbolic entrance after a devastating earthquake in 1755.
