Agreement:
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line 2023 Viva Christening Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by NCL Corporation Ltd. (the “Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 4, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). This Sweepstakes consists of one (1) random drawing for one (1) prize, which will take place on or around September 15, 2023, to determine the winner at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by phone or email using the information provided by the potential winner at the time of entry. Limit of one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to Norwegian Cruise Line Latitudes Rewards Programme members who sailed on Sponsor's first-ever Latitudes Cruise on Norwegian Escape from April 16, 2023 to April 23, 2023, and who are (i) legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the fifty (50) United States of America or the District of Columbia ("DC"), and (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older ("Participant", "entrant" or "you").
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, (i) visit https://www.ncl.com/norwegianvivachristening during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address, phone number, and your Latitudes Rewards number, and (ii) click “SUBMIT” to confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.

PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE / ODDS:
One (1) prize will be awarded (herein, the “Prize”). The Prize consists of an invitation for the winner and one (1) guest (who is 21 years of age or older) to Norwegian Viva’s Christening Voyage, sailing from Miami, Florida from November 28, 2023 to December 2, 2023. Prize includes Norwegian’s Free at Sea promotion (Free Unlimited Open Bar, Free Specialty Dining, Free Shore Excursion Credit and Free Wi-Fi) but excludes government taxes and fees, port fees, gratuities, service charges, fuel surcharges, NCFs, shore excursions and other personal expenditures. 20% Gratuities Apply on the following promotions: Free Unlimited Open Bar and Free Specialty Dining. Daily hotel services charges also apply. Winner is responsible for government taxes and fees, port fees, gratuities, service charges, fuel surcharged, NCLs, shore excursions and all other personal expenditures. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $3,500.00 USD.
Actual value of Prize under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Prize ARV represents Sponsor's good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize become unavailable. Sponsor's determinations regarding the awarding of Prize is final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable. Ship's Registry: Bahamas. Prize winner must be able to accept the Prize as presented or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Terms of Entry:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and binding in all respects; and (b) agree to release the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this Promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein.

Release:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys’ fees) (collectively, “Losses“) which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

Winner Selection & Notification:
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected by Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about August 28, 2023.
Administrator will contact the potential winner by email using the email address submitted by the potential winner at the time of entry. The potential winner will be notified on or about August 28, 2023. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the Prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
The potential winner will become a confirmed winner (a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by the means set forth above.
As a condition of acceptance of the Prize, the potential winner will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, the “Releases“) and will be required to sign and return the Releases within ninety-six (96) hours of notification. Please note that the potential winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the IRS W-9 form. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with these Sweepstakes and for no other purpose. In compliance with United States Internal Revenue Service regulations, the Sponsor will send a Form 1099 to any U.S. based winner receiving a prize valued in excess of $600 (USD), which requires disclosure to the Sponsor of the winner’s social security number. Prizes may be taxable as a benefit in kind; you are responsible for all applicable reporting and tax payment obligations. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question as a condition of receiving a prize.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner's permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial and trade purposes without further compensation, permission, or notice, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the Prize, winner represents that they have complied with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and agrees to release the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of the Prize or participation in any prize or related activities. Winner further acknowledges that Sponsor has not made, and is not liable or responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

Privacy:
Information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, notifying and verifying potential winner(s), and fulfilling the Prize.

General:
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or programme malfunctions, or other errors; failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections; problems downloading entries from the web site; or for any other technical problems related to web site entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion.
Caution: any attempt by a person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared to be made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. For the purpose of these Official Rules, "authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organisation (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Disputes/Arbitration:
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Entrants waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Promotion. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or this Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida, in the City of Miami, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

For winner information or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed envelope identifying the promotion you would like information for, to Norwegian Cruise Line, Attn: Marketing, "Rules/Winners List Request," 7665 Corporate Centre Drive, Miami, FL 33126. All requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
