To further provide our guests and crew with peace of mind, we're continuing to consult with local and international health authorities, including the U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The World Health Organisation (WHO), and leading public health and medical policy experts including Dr. Scott Gottlieb, former Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We aim to strengthen our already robust safety protocols by increasing measures across our entire fleet, from implementing enhanced embarkation screenings to onboard social distancing and sanitation procedures. More information will become available as we finalize our plans and resume operations.
We’re working with port and government authorities to determine procedures that are in accordance to CDC, WHO and local requirements and will allow for proper social distancing during the embarkation process, including staggered embarkation and advanced check-in procedures.
We will evaluate every case closely. We're consulting with the CDC and local authorities to follow their guidance on protocols to screen passengers with pre-existing health conditions and will take the necessary precautions as required, up to and including denying boarding.

Working with the CDC, WHO as well as local, state and national government and public health authorities, we’ve strengthened our already rigorous health and safety protocols and are implementing enhanced safety measures such as:
- Providing guest and crew temperature screenings at embarkation, while on board and upon disembarkation;
- Including minimum health requirements for cruise travel;
- Increasing frequency of sanitation and disinfection procedures at the gangway; and
- Introducing staggered embarkation and advanced check-in procedures.

We continue consulting with local and international health authorities to ensure we have all recommended precautions, we’ve strengthened our already robust sanitation measures by implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures such as:
- Increasing frequency of sanitation and disinfection procedures at public areas, suites, staterooms and bathrooms using electrostatic spray technology throughout the voyage. Public areas include corridors, elevators, restaurants, theatres and Kids' Club facilities, among others;
- Installing hand sanitizing stations at all entrances to public areas; and
- Suspending self-service for guests in all restaurants and satellite food and beverage stations (i.e., coffee stations, beverage stations, etc.).
Medical-grade air-filters, H13 HEPA, remove 99.95% of airborne pathogens, will be installed across our entire fleet.
