本公式ルール（以下「公式ルール」）をよくお読みください。 They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line x Steve Trevino Military Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sponsor”).

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2023 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 本懸賞の公式時刻は、スポンサーのデータベースの時計が基準となります。

The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and active United States Military members, veterans, Military spouses, or surviving spouses of Military members of the following United States Military branches: (a) the Army, (b) the Marine Corps, (c) the Navy, (d) the Air Force, (e) the Space Force, (f) the Coast Guard, or (g) the National Guard at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. To enter the Sweepstakes, (i) visit https://www.ncl.com/military-sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address and phone number, and (ii) check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Next, click “Enter” to earn one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. 懸賞応募期間中に応募できるのは、お一人様1回までです。

Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds:
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of:
- (a) roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest departing from a major airport located near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York on Saturday September 30, 2023;
- (b) two (2) tickets to Steve Trevino: America’s Favorite Husband Tour at Town Hall, New York, New York on Saturday, September 30, 2023 (includes hotel stay booked by Sponsor for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from September 30, 2023 to October 1, 2023); and
- (c) a 7-night cruise for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest on Norwegian Escape, sailing from New York City, New York from October 1, 2023 to October 8, 2023 (includes ground transfer from hotel to cruise port for embarkation).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,950.00 USD.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.Grand Prize Conditions:
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specified herein.
No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are void if sold or exchanged for compensation. If Grand Prize Winner resides in the New York area such that airfare is not appropriate, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute alternative transportation and no cash differential will be provided.
All details and other restrictions of the Grand Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of Grand Prize under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. 大賞のARVはスポンサーによる誠意ある算定に基づき、最終的かつ拘束力のあるものであり、異議や不服の申し立てはできません。 賞品のあらゆる面での遅延、延期、またはキャンセルに関し、スポンサーはいかなる理由でも責任を負いません。 The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. スポンサーは、理由の如何を問わず、賞品（またはその一部）を同等あるいはそれ以上の価値のあるものと交換する権利を留保します。
Travel, along with hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest, to be booked by Sponsor following verification of Grand Prize Winner. Due to the nature of the prize, Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must be available to travel between the departure and return dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Grand Prize winner must be able to accept the Grand Prize as presented or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Reservations and sailing are subject to terms and conditions, availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to prizes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Changes or cancellations made less than one-hundred-twenty (120) days from original sailing date will result in a forfeiture of the cruise.

抽選および通知：
Administrator will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing conducted at Administrator's offices. 運営者の決定が最終結果となります。
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about June 2, 2023. Administrator will contact the potential Grand Prize winner by email using the email address submitted by the potential winner at the time of entry.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about June 2, 2023. Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification date.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within ninety-six (96) hours of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
The potential winner will become a confirmed and verified winner (a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow: 1) Winner shall verify that he/she has signed up with Sponsor’s Military Appreciation Program which is administered by Id.me (link to sign-up and verify registration with Military Appreciation program is www.ncl.com/military); and 2) Sponsor/Administrator shall receive verification that Winner qualifies as being twenty-one (21) years of age or older and an active United States Military member, veteran, Military spouse, or surviving spouse of Military members of the following United States Military branches: (a) the Army, (b) the Marine Corps, (c) the Navy, (d) the Air Force, (e) the Space Force, (f) the Coast Guard, or (g) the National Guard. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the means set forth above.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within ninety-six (96) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, "the Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize. Please note that the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the W-9 form. スポンサーはW-9フォームに記入された情報を、懸賞に伴う納税義務を果たすためにのみ使用し、それ以外の目的で使用することはありません。

Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warrantys:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extend to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes entrants’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, Winner’s name, city, state, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

Limitation of Liability:
Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide a prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Sweepstakes Website), any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

Disputes:
本懸賞または授与された賞品に起因する、もしくはそれらに関連する論争、申し立て、訴因は、米国フロリダ州マイアミ・デイド郡に所在する適切な連邦または州裁判所において専属的に解決されるものとします。また、本公式ルールの構成、正当性、解釈および強制力に関する問題点や疑問点、あるいは本懸賞に関連する参加者およびスポンサーの権利と義務については、米国フロリダ州の法律が適用され、またこれに従って解釈されるものとし、フロリダ州以外の管轄の法の適用が必要となるような、法の選択もしくは法規定の抵触（フロリダ州法またはその他の管轄のものに関わらず）の影響を受けないものとします。
すべての参加者は、法律で禁止されている場合を除き、次の項目に同意するものとします： (i) すべての論争、申し立て、および訴因は、いかなる形態の集団訴訟にも頼ることなく、個別に解決されるものとする、(ii) いかなる申し立て、判決、賠償も、本懸賞への応募に関連して生じた自己負担の出費の範囲に限られ、弁護士費用を含めることは一切できない、(iii) 参加者は、自己負担費用を除き、いかなる状況においても、賠償を受けることはなく、間接的、懲罰的、偶発的、結果的に生じた損害および/またはその他の損害に対する賠償を請求する権利をすべて放棄するものとする、(iv) 参加者は、損害を倍増、増加させる権利をすべて放棄するものとする、(v) 参加者は、各参加者に適用される前述の裁判所の対人管轄権を、取消不能の形で承諾し、また不適切な法廷地の法理（forum non conveniens）もしくは対人管轄権の欠如に関する一切の主張を放棄するものとする、(vi) 本公式ルールのいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合であっても、その条項は有効かつ執行可能とするために必要かつ可能な範囲で修正されたものとみなされ、いかなる場合においても、いずれの条項の無効性または執行不能性は、本公式ルールの他のいかなる条項にも影響を及ぼさず、本公式ルールは引き続き完全な効力を有し、かつ、かかる条項が含まれていなかったか、または前述のとおり修正されていたかのように解釈・執行されるものとする。

Information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, notifying and verifying potential winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.
