Prepare to be enchanted as you step into the realm of WA Wildlife after darkness falls. Witness the incredible work our dedicated team of veterinarians, veterinary nurses and volunteers do every day with an exclusive after hours viewing of the WA Wildlife Hospital. Whilst there is no animal interaction as part of the Hospital viewing, you’ll be able to see first-hand how our team treat (and rehabilitate) sick and injured wildlife via our viewing windows. After your Hospital viewing, you’ll move through to our "native fauna display" where you’ll have the chance to meet some of our nocturnal resident animals including Vinnie the Wombat, Ringtail and Brushtail Possums and Tawny Frogmouths. But the adventure doesn't end there! In fact, it’s just the beginning. Brace yourself for a spine-tingling night walk through the wilderness of Bibra Lake. Traverse the shadows with anticipation as you bear witness to the captivating creatures that thrive under the cover of night. Our highly knowledgeable guides will unveil a hidden world of birds, reptiles, amphibians, insects and nocturnal mammals, sharing enthralling insights into their behaviour, adaptations, and vital ecological roles. As you venture deeper into the 1.2km bush walk, be captivated by the tales of this ancient land's profound history (pre and post European settlement in 1842).
