Keep watch for monkeys, colorful tropical birds, and other native wildlife as you journey through the rainforest, then pause at a scenic viewpoint overlooking nearby banana plantations for memorable photos. Complete your experience in the peaceful grasslands with a refreshing tropical fruit snack before returning to the pier.

Need to Know:

Note: This approximately 3¾-hour excursion is a good option for guests with walking difficulties; however, it is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must negotiate 4 steps to enter and exit the motorcoach and approximately 3 steps for the rainforest wagon. The wagon travels over gravel and uneven terrain and can be quite bumpy; therefore, this excursion is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back or neck problems. Guests should not feed or touch wild animals and flash photography should not be used when photographing wildlife. Wildlife sightings occur in a natural environment and cannot be guaranteed. Restroom facilities are available at Rancho Pontevedra.
