A powerful and a must-see experience to fully appreciate the significance of the 9/11 History.
Beginning in Midtown, your guide will meet you at the Cruise Terminal and will provide commentary and points out landmarks en route the drive along the West side of Manhattan to the World Trade Center area.
Arriving at the World Trade Center your guide will escort you to the 9/11 Memorial Museum entrance where you will have approximately 2 hours to independently explore the museum. The Museum’s growing collection of diverse materials includes artifacts, photographs, audio and video tapes, personal effects and memorabilia, expressions of tribute and remembrance, recorded testimonies and digital files and websites related to the history of the World Trade Center, the events of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993, and the repercussions of these seismic attacks.
After the visit, your guide will meet you at the exit of the 9/11 Memorial museum and you will walk towards the 9/11 Memorial. The Memorial consists of two massive pools set within the original footprints of the Twin Towers with 30-foot waterfalls cascading down their sides. The names of the 2,982 men, women and children killed in the attacks of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993 are inscribed in bronze on parapets around the edges of the Waterfalls. There will be approximately 30 min to view and contemplate the 9/11 Memorial, and NY`s tallest building, One World Trade.
After your visit to the 9/11 memorial you will re-board your coach and you will be transferred to the Pier.

Note: This tour includes approximately 2 1/2 hours of moderate walking/standing that includes some cobblestone surfaces to negotiate. The sites are wheelchair accessible and therefore; this tour is available to wheelchair guests who have a collapsible wheelchair, are able to make their own way on and off the coach, and have an able-bodied companion to assist them. Those with mobility concerns are cautioned to carefully evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Weather appropriate clothing; sunglasses; and flat, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The 9/11 Memorial Museum has a very strict cancellation policy; therefore this tour is non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Any extra tickets will be on request only and subject to availability.
Tours with this activity level involve a considerable amount of physical activity such as substantial walking over cobblestone streets, uneven or steep terrain, climbing stairs, or extended periods of standing. Not recommended for guests with physical limitations. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are recommended.
