Note: The HOHO buses are shared with non-cruise tourists; expect long lines and wait times between buses. Walking on this tour is at the guests’ discretion at any stops they choose to hop-off at. Entrances to venues are not included. This tour is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs or who use scooters or who have any walking limitations. Those with mobility concerns are cautioned to carefully evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Weather appropriate clothing; sun cap; sunglasses; sunscreen; a bottle of water from the ship; and flat, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Most all stops have access to public restrooms. The duration will vary based upon the guests’ choice of stops and time spent at each. The entire route for both cities without stops is approx. 3¼ hrs. Only the lower deck of the bus is air-conditioned. Consider that Athens is a city with heavy traffic. Any attraction a guest wishes to visit will be at their own expense, as tickets are not included in the price. A Spanish guide may be available upon request and is subject to reaching tour minimum.
