The Cliff Ocean Culinary Experience

OVERVIEW

Feast on an array of Creole-inspired dishes at The Cliff at Cap, a gourmet restaurant perched high on a clifftop with sweeping views of the sea. The drive to the restaurant will be especially picturesque once you reach Gros Islet, an exclusive enclave nearby. Still, few settings are quite so dramatic as the restaurant’s as you will dine on the breezy veranda while gazing out over Pigeon Island and Martinique. Even so, the food – which French, African and East Indian cuisines have heavily shaped – will be the main attraction. The choices for each course will be plentiful. You may be offered appetizers such as seafood chowder and mahi-mahi tostadas. Most every entrée also features fresh seafood such as seared yellowfin tuna and herb-crusted dorado. However, mini wagyu burgers are on the menu, as well. To enhance the experience, a thoughtful selection of wines will be paired with the courses.
