Amalfi is situated at the mouth of a deep gorge along the coast. Learn how this charming town was a major shipping port during the Middle Ages and an independent maritime state. Enjoy some free time in lovely Amalfi for shopping or relaxing before cruising to Salerno viewing the Dolomitic cliffs, which have been sculpted by nature.
