2002年に誕生したサグネの街は、ラ・べ、シクティミ、ジョンキエールの3つの区からなります。 シクティミとジョンキエールはサグネ川沿いにあり、ラ・べは「バイユ＝デ＝ア!・ア!」という風変わりな名前のエリアを中心としています。このフランス語圏はケベックシティの北に位置し、ほぼ無人の荒野にたたずむ小さなオアシスとされています。
