I am now an Ambassador member; how do I claim my one-time complimentary 7-day cruise?

When you are ready to redeem your complimentary cruise, please email AmbassadorMembers@ncl.com with your information and intent to redeem the complimentary 7-day cruise. Within 48-72 business hours after receipt of your complimentary cruise booking request, a representative will contact you with booking details and date for payment of taxes, fees, port expenses, and service charges. Taxes, fees, port expenses, and service charges are not included. The guest is responsible for pre-paying these charges which will be automatically added to the guest's reservation. CruiseNext Credits can be used to pay for taxes, fees, and service charges. 

Complimentary cruises are non-transferable.
