Cruise Into Happy Hour With a Sidecar

Daydreaming of Northern Europe can conjure up many enchanting images – a delightful evening at the Russian ballet in St. Petersburg, kayaking through Norway’s famed fjords or perhaps hiking along the expansive Scottish Highlands. Wherever your imagination roams, add a little color to your Staycation with our Sidecar cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Brandy

Garnish:

• Orange Peel

Instructions:

Coat the rim of a glass with sugar and set aside. Fill a separate glass with lemon juice, orange liqueur, brandy and ice, then shake well. Strain into glass rimmed with sugar, over fresh ice. Garnish and enjoy.
