Travelling with C-PAP
At Norwegian Cruise Line, we understand that some guests may need to travel with medical equipment such as C-PAP, Bi-PAP machines, or nebulisers. To support your health and comfort during your cruise, we are pleased to offer distilled water upon request. We strongly encourage guests to pre-request distilled water at least four (4) days prior to sailing to ensure availability. If you miss this deadline, distilled water may still be requested onboard by visiting Guest Services.
A few important notes:
- Guests should bring an extension cord approximately 1.8 metres long. Please ensure it is in good working condition and does not include a surge protector.
- If your extension cord is deemed unsafe, it may be confiscated during luggage screening for safety inspection. If approved, it will be returned to you as soon as possible.
- All stateroom outlets are 100V & 220V and accommodate 3-prong plugs.
- A limited supply of extension cords is available onboard through Guest Services, subject to availability.
